His over 20 years HR experience cuts across major sectors of the Nigerian economy, with proven track record in leading and executing strategic Change Management initiatives, HR Service Delivery, Organization Design, Mergers & Acquisitions to mention a few. He was until recently the Head HR Partnering, Resourcing & Employee Relations at Etisalat Nigeria, playing a major role in driving Strategic Business Partnering initiatives in the telecommunications sector.

Yemi began his career with background in English from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-lfe (OAU), and later proceeded to acquire an MBA , together with other relevant trainings and certifications from Cranfield University UK, Lagos Business School and other institutions.

He is a highly respected thought leader and subject matter expert on HR Strategy, Manpower Planning & Resourcing, Organizational Learning, Performance Management Systems, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Sales and, Relationship Management.

He has a passion for developing the younger professionals, impacting knowledge and adding value to the society at large. He plays leadership roles on various HR professional Networks and is reputed for excellent content delivery at various HR and leadership forums. This has led to countless awards to his credit such as the HR forum Africa leadership award, Linked in Local Lagos Appreciation Award, Workforce Group’s L&D leaders conference award, HR Hub Speaker’s award, Ascentech Services LTD Award for his excellent contribution to Human Capital Development in Nigeria amongst others.

Yemi is an adept professional with a quest for delivery within challenging environments where excellence, leadership and teamwork are paramount. He has a keen penchant for delivering proven and measurable results, and a strong passion for Human Resource Management practice as evidenced by his experience and formal trainings.

Yemi FASEUN’s last assignment was at FBNQuest Merchant Bank, an investment banking subsidiary of FBNHoldings, whose, services include Coverage & Corporate Banking, Financial Advisory, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Solutions, Institutional Sales, and Wealth Management. He currently works at Globacom.
