The Associate Professional in Human Resources Int’l™ (aPHRi™) is the perfect certification to help jump-start and provide you with the needed confidence to start your career in the HR profession. It’s also the first-ever HR certification designed for professionals who are just starting out their HR career journey; it helps to prove your knowledge of the fundamentals of Human Resources.
To be qualified for this certification, you must have a high school diploma or an internationally accepted equivalent. You do not need any previous HR experience since it’s a knowledge-based certification.

There are 3 different learning approaches;
The In-Class Training (this process starts with a 6-day in-class training done weekends/weekdays, followed by a virtual learning schedule for another 6 weeks to help complete the learning period), An Online learning approach (this involves access to pre-recorded videos and other learning materials) and the self-paced/self-study learning option.
The aPHRi examination is available year-round, but this is subject to availability at the Pearson Vue testing center of your choice.
